That matters to me. It tells the story of salvation and answers some of life’s most basic questions about our need for God. I have always enjoyed the messages on the signs of so many Christian congregations. They have blessed my heart and given important nuggets of wisdom or reminded me of basic truths. As a Christian who loves photography it is common that you see me stop and take a picture of those signs so I can share the gospel message with others. Looking beyond the borders of our small towns and communities we notice that we are engulfed in world of spiritual darkness. You will not see the scripture signs in Europe and the nations that were to be “rebuilt” after wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are still the most dark places without the gospel. In fact these nations are among the biggest persecutors of Christians. That is why I send this video out with the hope that it will plant the seed of the gospel in many hearts the world over as they come to know the love of God by faith. This music is where I’m home. That is why you hear the Crabb Family sing  “Give Him The Battle”. You know, Satan is the biggest loser. He lost his first estate when he was Lucifer, the anointed cherub, and rebelled against God pride. Don’t let Satan blind you and make you lose your eternal reward and your right to make with peace through Jesus Christ. Satan makes losers out of people through sin. See what Adam & Eve lost when they were evicted from paradise and lost that sweet fellowship with the Lord? See what Cain lost after murdering Abel? See what Judas lost when he betrayed Christ? See what David lost when he committed adultery and murder? Sin offers a short pleasure but that will be followed by regret, sorrow and missed opportunity for happiness. Let Jesus give you victory. He is the Most High. Satan is the most low. That is why he advances low living. But we as believers in Christ need friends in high places, most of all our friend Jesus Christ. Then why did the founding fathers make so many references to the Bible in their writings as if they checked their principles of government against the true authority of the Bible? True, America is not a sectarian country ruled by a church hierarchy as the old medieval Europe. But the old Europe was not truly Christian in that they hated the Bible and did not have a concept of personal soul salvation by being born again. Can you imagine that most Europeans today do not really know what it means to be “born again” or hot to be born again by accepting Jesus as Lord? That is the true European crisis: their Biblical illiteracy! Then Obama goes on to say that America is a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values. True! But what shaped those ideals and values? The Bible and the quest for liberty of those who wanted to live out the Biblical truths in freedom. So Obama fails to recognize that the ideals Americans believe in have been shaped by the Bible itself. The ideal of the “quiet and peacable life in all godliness and honesty” 1. Timothy 2:1,2. Picture an old American country home in a rural community and you have a perfect picture of Psalm 128 in action. The Biblical concept of the New Testament church is that of an autonomous local congregation and not a European-style ecclesiastical hierarchy. That is the mistake of the Roman emperor Constantine who married the church to the world instead of the pure marriage of the church to Christ. The set of values American citizens possess is not influenced or defined by secularism, humanism or socialism. Let us be careful against all attempts of those who want to redefine the set of values and ideals Americans believe in. It was not very smart that Obama made this remark about America not being a Christian nation at a press conference in Turkey. Why does an American president cowtow to a leader of a largely Muslim nation that does not have true religious freedom, persecutes Christians by not allowing them to build churches, funds the Islamisation of Europe and denies the genocide in Armenia. That incident alone is enough to demand a conservative, Christian president to take over in 2012. Friends don’t let friends vote for Obama. Just watch this Tea Party event in Lebanon, Tennessee to get the idea of where we need to go in 2012: Is America a Christian nation? Read the words of Supreme Court Justice David Josiah Brewer back in 1892 in the case of CHURCH OF THE HOLY TRINITY V. UNITED STATES, 143 U. S. 457: If we pass beyond these matters to a view of American life, as expressed by its laws, its business, its customs, and its society, we find every where a clear recognition of the same truth. Among other matters, note the following: the form of oath universally prevailing, concluding with an appeal to the Almighty; the custom of opening sessions of all deliberative bodies and most conventions with prayer; the prefatory words of all wills, “In the name of God, amen;” the laws respecting the observance of the Sabbath, with the general cessation of all secular business, and the closing of courts, legislatures, and other similar public assemblies on that day; the churches and church organizations which abound in every city, town, and hamlet; the multitude of charitable organizations existing every where under Christian auspices; the gigantic missionary associations, with general support, and aiming to establish Christian missions in every quarter of the globe. These, and many other matters which might be noticed, add a volume of unofficial declarations to the mass of organic utterances that this is a Christian nation. The film, which runs 35 minutes at OverruledMovie.com, focuses on three real-life American family cases in which parental rights were egregiously violated by the government: a medical care case, an educational freedom case, and a religious freedom case. The movie also warns against adoption of the United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of the Child. This treaty would override virtually all child and family laws in the United States and grant ultimate authority to international bureaucrats. Overruled describes why the adoption of the proposed Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is the only means to halt the parental rights violations which are taking place all over America. “American parents just assume that their traditional right to make sound decisions for their children is fully protected in our legal system,” said Michael Farris, President of ParentalRights.org. He added, “Overruled reveals how precarious our rights are in today’s legal climate – and the movie makes it clear that we can and must fix the problem before it is too late.” Fortunately, the American people overwhelmingly support traditional parental rights. A Zogby poll last year that surveyed over 2,000 people found that 93% of Americans agree with the traditional definition of parental rights, which is the ability to raise their children free from government interference so long as no abuse or neglect is taking place. Farris said, “We need to capitalize on this strong support all across the country and pass the Parental Rights Amendment to prevent government officials from unnecessarily interfering with families.” Scott Scharpen, the film’s Executive Producer and chairman of the board of ParentalRights.Org, was proud to announce that Overruled is presented by ParentalRights.Org, a non-profit grassroots organization focused on passing the Parental Rights Amendment. Overruled is available online free of charge at OverruledMovie.com. There was a time in America when parents were extremely in the education of their children. Parents were even present in supporting the work in public schools in the communities. Nowadays public schools are built like prison complexes and the influence ends at the school threshold. In some schools parents are not even allowed to take photos of their own children during activities on school grounds. This is un-American, unchristian and it violates fundamental natural rights of parents that have been watered down gradually through liberal-leftist court decisions. Please watch this movie and pass it on to others. If you haven’t done it yet, please sign the petition to pass a parental rights amendment to the US Constitution to ensure that government will not remove children from homes unless their is genuine evidence of abuse or neglect. The right of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children needs to codified into law so that international agreements (UNCRC) cannot supersede state laws on education or family policy. Please make sure that you as a parent will not be overruled by leftist in government bureaucracies when it comes to the upbringing of your children. First of all, God as creator has a designer plan for us. God only has the authority to define the norm. We as created beings are accountable to God’s norm. I recently read the 1986 book “The Rebirth of America” by the DeMoss Foundation and I think this book is the plan to retake America in the 2012 election but also to retake America day by day for Jesus Christ through our prayer, witnessing, work, walk and testimony. I hope you get the following picture. The Bible says the wages of sin is death in Romans 6:23. Sin has an awful price. Sin will cost you more than you wanted to spend and take you further than you wanted to go. There is a high cost to low living. Especially the inner pain of having lived a failed life outside of God’s favor and will. Sin’s pleasure only lasts for a season but then comes the bitter anguish of sin’s consequences. I put this gospel tract entitled ”The High Cost of Low Living” on a vending machine and I think that should show everybody that sin has a high price. You may just insert the bills as you wander off into sin.  It will cost your money, your time, your life’s work, your honor, your namem your health, your sanity and ultimately your soul.
