Why have you disobeyed the instruction? What made you do that?
That's your sinful nature. The fact that you disobeyed the instruction on the title page and clicked on the link proves that sin is real and a serious problem. It is the very same situation that Adam and Eve faced at the fall of mankind. Adam was given an instruction by God: "Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." Genesis 2:16,17. That was a clear and simple instruction. It even announced the consequences of disobedience.
But later we read that the serpent beguiled Eve and deceived her with lies and temptation. Eve gazed at something she should not even care to look at. So she ate of the forbidden fruit and gave it to her husband. The disobeyed the one rule that God gave them. That's how mankind came under the curse of sin. Beside the curse God gave mankind a promise of salvation from the wages of sin in Genesis 3:15. This promise has been fulfilled in Jesus Christ!
The Bible says that sin is nothing but the transgression of the law. Sin is a condition. You were born in sin. Psalm 51:5. Apart from Jesus Christ, you will die in your sins. John 8:21,24. Sins are individual deeds of trespassing the will of God. "Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin." John 8:34.
Sin is just like what you have done. You were told not to do something, but you did it. That is a trespass. Just like disregarding the sign "No trespassing" at a fence and climbing over the fence. You have transgressed a rule given on this website. I hope you do not transgress in similar ways from God's rules in His word. God wants obedience. Jesus Christ came to learn obedience by the things he suffered and was made perfect thereby according to Hebrews 5:8,9. Read that scripture and not who is expected to obey today! Jesus Christ became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross according to Philippians 2:8. The Christians in Rome were commended by Paul because they obeyed from the heart the form of doctrine that was delivered to them. They were made free from sin! Romans 6:17,18.
That's why I put this warning on this website: It put you under the same pattern of disobedience as Adam and Eve. You were given an instruction, but you did the opposite because you just gazed too long at that link. That was Eve's mistake. She "saw" and it was "pleasant to the eyes". You can learn this: Not everything that is pleasant to your eyes is of God. It can much rather be of the devil. Jesus Christ was not pleasant to the eyes. Read Isaiah 53:2,3. It says: No beauty that we should desire him. That's the opposite of the events in Eden!
I hope this will help you understand the reality of sin. If you are born again, the Jesus is telling you the same thing that he told the adulterous woman in John 8:1-11. She was freed from her sin. She got victory from the Lord, so He tells her: Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more." That's the problem today. People only read the first part of that verse. They all don't want to be condemned for the wrong they do. They won't to get by without being noticed or judged by anybody. Wrong! That's not the way God wants it. He commands all men everywhere to REPENT! Acts 17:30. Have you truly repented of your sin and do you believe on Jesus Christ alone for your salvation from sin? Once you have come to Christ, you can go and sin no more. A lot of people read "sin ever more" into his. No! It says s-i-n n-o m-o-r-e! You should come to the point where you hate sin. "Ye that love the Lord, hate evil." Psalm 97:10. Do not let sin have any dominion over you. You will not be sinless, but you can sin less. Amen! Jesus Christ was without sin. He was sinless. He knew no sin. But he died for our sin. He died for sinners. He took your sins upon Himself to save you from the consequences thereof. Consider the latter end (Deut. 32:29) of your sin: it is death! It is hell! Romans 6:23. Revelation 20:15.

In order to be saved from sin, you need to positively follow an instruction from God: Obey the Gospel. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him form the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9,10. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." Acts 16:31. Can you follow a positive instruction or will you resist again? In Eden God asked man not to do something, but he did it. Now God asks man to do something, and many will not do it. They will not trust Jesus Christ. What will you do? As for me, the Lord saved me in 1995 when I trusted Him and He made me a new creature. 2. Cor. 5:17.
